Principal Creative Hub (RC 9862609) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, clients and anyone who submits a service request, creates an account, or subscribes to our newsletter.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Your name, email address and phone number when you submit a service request, create an account, or contact us.
• Project details, files and messages you share with us through the client portal.
• Billing information tied to invoices and payments; card and bank details are handled directly by our payment partner, Paystack, and are not stored on our servers.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including page views and a randomly generated, anonymous visitor identifier, as described in the Cookies section below.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the services you request, including quotations, invoices, receipts and project updates.
• Communicate with you about your projects, tickets and account by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
• Process payments and prevent fraud, including on voucher and referral bonuses.
• Send newsletter or marketing emails, only where you have subscribed, with an unsubscribe option in every email.
• Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, which you can manage through the cookie banner shown on your first visit:

• Essential cookies (such as your login session and security token) are always active because the website and portal cannot function without them — these are not affected by your cookie choice.
• Analytics cookie — a first-party, anonymous cookie we use to count page views and distinguish repeat visitors from new ones. We do not use this to build advertising profiles, and we do not use any third-party ad-tracking cookies or pixels. If you choose "Reject", this cookie is not set and no page-view tracking occurs on your visit.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only where necessary to deliver our services: with Paystack to process payments, with email/SMS/WhatsApp providers to deliver notifications, and with team members who work on your project. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we disclose information to authorities only where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account, project and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations and to resolve any disputes. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. 7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure payment processing through Paystack. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses, institutions and individuals old enough to enter a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where we work with schools on Edu-Tech deployments, any student data is managed under a separate agreement directly with the institution, which remains responsible for parental consent as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
